The country's top two leaders typify simplicity.

Both hold their oath-taking today, June 30, and the words to describe their separate inaugurations are "modest," "low key," and "frugal."

The President's wardrobe was actually the least of his concerns, nonetheless, People's Television posted on Twitter a few details:

Digong's barong, which was made of pina jusi fabric, was paired with khaki pure cotton pants.

The barong's customized buttons read "DU30," and the embroidery was patterned after the Manobo tribe.

The barong's designer was Chard Pulache, while the master cutter was Manong Hermie Balagon.

Meanwhile, Robredo's modern-Filipiniana gown was designed by Paul Cabral.

SIMPLICITY AT ITS BEST. Even the President's children went minimalist on their outfits courtesy of Mindanaoan designers.
