Marian Rivera says keeping a healthy body starts by loving yourself.
In an interview with the four-time Women’s Health Philippines cover girl recently, she stressed that women should always prioritize themselves before anyone else.
She reasons: “Siguro kapag mahal mo ang sarili mo, aalagaan mo iyan.”
Unlike other health-conscious ladies, Marian admits that she eats whatever she wants.
She just always keeps in mind that the key to avoiding unnecessary weight gain is eating in moderation.
In a separate interview during the launch of her newest product endorsement, Biofitea, the Kapuso actress told the media: “Siguro, lahat naman pwedeng kainin, pero lahat hindi sagad, dapat sakto lang.
“Kahit hindi konti, basta busog ka na, dapat tama na.
“Di ba, minsan kapag balanse tayong kumain, lahat pwedeng kainin? Kaya dapat tama lang.”
WAY TO MARIAN’S HEART. The media asked Marian what food could she not easily give up.
She immediately answered: “Tsokolate!”
Marian is aware that she can get fat by eating a lot of chocolates.
But she does not mind. She says: “Weakness ko iyon, e! Kaya hindi ko tatanggalin sa sarili ko.
“Maliban na lang kung Semana Santa o kailangang mayroon kang i-give up.”
She also added laughing, “Iyon talaga ang hindi ko kaya, ang hindi kumakain ng tsokolate.”
What is Marian’s favorite chocolate?
“Wala, kahit ano kinakain ko basta tsokolate,” she laughed again.
“Imported man iyan o local, basta tsokolate.”
She also said in conclusion, “Hindi ako pihikan. Lahat kinakain ko.”
