Julia Montes was one of the few celebrity guests who attended the launch of Adorata Weddings Plus—a new business collaboration between fashion designers Pepsi Herrera and Edwin Tan, businesswoman Arlyn Timog, and actress Kim Chiu.
The event, held at the A. Venue Hall in Makati, on December 12, called for a semi-formal dress code.
Instead of hiring the services of her stylists, Julia decided to trust her instincts this time, and came up with a simply chic look that fits the occasion.
What she pulled together included a black cotton top, black pencil skirt with assymetrical peplum detail, and a pair of white pumps.
On what inspired her to choose this look, the young actress told PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal): "Hindi ko na alam kung anong brand ng mga ito, basta kinuha ko lang sa closet ko iyong magandang i-mix and match, and iyon na, ito na iyon."
