58 DAYS TO GO. Like most people, GMA Network actress Max Collins admits to having a sweet tooth.
"Mahilig talaga ako sa chocolate," admits the statuesque beauty in a recent interview with PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal).
Max's penchant for sweets makes her the perfect partner for a chocolate business.
Last year, she met Raquel Choa, owner of the Cebu-based Ralfe Gourmet Boutique.
They hit it off immediately and Max was prompted to help this artisan chocolate shop to expand in Metro Manila.
"We share the same vision," says Max about Raquel.
"It just seemed right that we work together and bring it to Manila."
SMOOTH CHOCOLATES. Ralfe Gourmet produces its chocolate products from locally sourced cacao pods.
Max is quite proud of their products, because customers have complimented the smooth texture of their chocolate.
"People ask me if it's imported, but I say, 'It doesn't have to be imported. People just have to be as creative as Raquel.'"
Creative indeed.
