One lucky mall goer left TriNoMa yesterday, August 20, with a brand new pair of Puma Faas running shoes, plus a hug, a kiss, and an autograph from no less than Gerald Anderson!
All she had to do was run through a "rasta-fied" race course—which, by the way, was completed by the Kapamilya actor in just 5.5 seconds.
While the lady, who goes by the name of Audrey, was motivated to reach the finish line by Gerald himself, the young actor got some help from the Faas (meaning "faster") line of the international shoe brand.
He said, "Sobra siyang okay lalo na sa tulad ko, very active ang buhay..."
Despite his busy schedule, he makes it a point to engage in a sport activity every week.
Gerald said, "Mahilig po ako sa sports. Sobrang active po ako. Kumbaga hindi kumpleto ang linggo, o araw ko, if hindi ako napawisan or hindi ako nagkaroon ng kahit anong sports."
And when he hits the gym, running is a staple in his workout. He runs Sundays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays.
"Tumatakbo talaga ako lalo na after a workout. I have to do my cardio," he said.
Does he have abs?
His answer: "Secret..."
